Soon, this system will generate an automated message to both the service manager, and tech’s in the field, delivered to their PDA/laptop, complete with as much detailed information as the customer provided.
“We wanted customers to have a “paper trail” of sorts that protect them in the event of a downtime event. This site allows us to tie the pre-service reporting directly to our very well received post-service reports. “
“We are doing everything we can to streamline communication for customers and automate as many operations as possible. With today’s powerful technologies, we needed a site that could keep up and be very user friendly,” added Stinson.
